About The Role & Team
Join us as we deliver innovative and creative solutions to our customers. We are seeking a Professional Services Operations Manager with deep experience in Resource Management. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Customer Success Strategy and Operations, this individual serves as Process Owner for the Professional Services pillar, partnering on strategy, planning, analytics, operations, systems, and process improvement. The role aims to future‑proof the Professional Services organization by designing scalable processes that meet current and future operational needs, improve efficiency, and align with company-wide metrics defined in VMTMs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is curious about how things work, and is execution‑oriented.
Responsibilities
Partner with regional professional services leaders to identify and drive process improvements. Ensure successful implementation of new programs through the professional services organization. Support practice management and resource management to maximize available capacity for staffing customer engagements, including: Timesheet compliance (completion, approvals) Maintain services capacity model in partnership with Professional Services leadership and FP&A Lead weekly PS Assignment calls Help adhere to utilization metrics Improve estimates vs. actuals accuracy Support monthly timesheet reconciliation with Finance Own recurring processes for the Professional Services business, including: Weekly production of the Professional Services forecast report (new bookings, renewals, expansion, attach rate) Audits of Salesforce and PSA data to ensure operational excellence in our CRM Assignment of internal resources in PSA and early identification of subcontracting needs Awareness and support of subcontractor processes related to PS team capacity Collaborate with Procurement and PS leadership to create and manage purchase orders for subcontractors Ensure data accuracy for reports and dashboards to provide data‑driven insights on KPIs and standardized metrics, including resource management data for revenue and budget goals. Promote effective use and adoption of the PSA solution for time tracking and capacity planning across the PS organization, including leadership. Explore opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into the professional services operational cadence. Participate in end‑to‑end annual planning, owning the PS team capacity plan, headcount, utilization, and goal planning against business metrics.
Qualifications
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have: Experience building and maintaining relationships in a global team environment with shared responsibilities. Execution and customer service orientation, with the ability to prioritize stakeholder deliverables and drive outcomes. Experience with the Kantata-Mavenlink PSA tool is preferred. Other post‑sales operations experience. At a minimum, you need to have: At least 5 years of progressive experience with professional services operations and/or resource management 2+ years of experience as a system administrator for a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool Proven ability to create reports and dashboards from multiple data sources Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting ideas visually Problem‑solving mindset and a positive attitude toward change in a rapidly growing company Strong interpersonal and cross‑functional collaboration skills Curiosity about how AI and automation can be leveraged in Professional Services Operations Self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a distributed team
