Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI/Fabric, Copilot Studio, etc.) and, where appropriate, AI capabilities (e.g., Azure AI Foundry). Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, cost-effective, and user-friendly, with well-structured data models and thoughtful integration across Microsoft 365 services. Maintain and enhance existing solutions to ensure continued performance, usability, and alignment with evolving business needs; troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and manage lifecycle updates. Collaborate with stakeholders (including the Solutions Architect and business/process owners) to understand requirements, identify opportunities for automation, and translate needs into technical solutions. Requirements
Achieved or actively working towards an Associate's degree (or higher) in Technology related discipline; relevant work experience is considered more valuable. Microsoft Certification in Power Platform and/or Power BI/Fabric. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Fabric. Experience working in Compliance, Risk, or Regulated Environments is advantageous; familiarity with solution lifecycle management, governance, and pro-code enhancements (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript) is desirable. Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Fabric, and Microsoft 365; familiarity with Copilot Studio and Azure services (e.g., Entra ID, AI Foundry) is desirable; strong data modeling, solution design, and awareness of enterprise-grade practices (e.g., ALM, error/exception handling) are essential. Strong communication skills and a user-focused mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce\'s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
