Overview The University of Southern California (USC) Keck School of Medicine Department of Medicine is seeking a full-time BE/BC

Transplant Nephrologist

to join the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension. This position is located at the USC Health Sciences Campus in Los Angeles, CA, with a kidney transplant program that performs more than 150 transplants per year. The position includes opportunities for faculty growth and collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities

Serve as an attending in the outpatient transplant nephrology clinics.

Serve as inpatient nephrology faculty on consultation services as necessary.

Teach fellows, residents and medical students in didactic, ambulatory and inpatient hospital settings.

Qualifications

California medical license is required.

Board eligibility/certification in transplant nephrology is expected.

Academic rank will be commensurate with experience.

Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $250,000–$325,000. USC offers competitive compensation, a generous benefits package and reasonable call responsibilities. The final offer will consider factors such as scope and responsibilities, experience, education/training, skills, internal equity, laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, and market considerations.
