(grades 7-12) is responsible for advancing the school's enrollment goals through innovative strategies and collaborative leadership. You will oversee recruitment, admissions, and marketing efforts to build a vibrant and diverse student community. Key Responsibilities: Drive Strategic Enrollment Growth:

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to meet enrollment goals while enhancing student diversity and academic quality. Lead a Dynamic Initiative:

Oversee the Enrollment Management and Marketing initiatives, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a student-centered focus amongst supporting staff. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Leverage analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment and marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Innovative Marketing Campaigns:

Manage traditional and digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, content creation, and branding to expand the university’s visibility and reach. Build Partnerships:
