Job Type:

Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting:

Field – Community Based – IDD / DDA

Location:

Baltimore, MD *will travel within community to patients homes with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement

Schedule:

Full-time, Mon-Fri, Days (no nights, weekends or holidays)

Pay:

$78-82/hr plus mileage reimbursement and full benefits package (PTO, 401k, life insurance, medical, dental, vision, disability ins)

Job Description

The

Board Certified-Behavior Analyst

will work for a top tier DDA Behavior Support Services team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities within the community. Providing participant-centered Behavioral Support Services (BSS) to individuals receiving Self-Directed Services through Maryland's DDA Waiver Programs. Seeking a skilled and compassionate BCBA to lead ABA treatment plans, complete assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and professionals to promote adaptive life skills and behavioral growth.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a related field (applied behavioral analysis, psychology, special education, etc.) Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst , BCBA Licensed in the state of Maryland Experience in ABA service delivery is a plus but willing to train and accept new grads
