Oracle Cloud Procurement Functional Lead
with extensive experience on Oracle Cloud. The position involves responsibility for solution design and governance of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) global business processes. As an Oracle Cloud Procurement Lead, the candidate will provide functional inputs and leadership support to the Oracle Cloud (SaaS + PaaS) implementation teams in addressing complex SCM business requirements. The selected person will be extensively involved in business process mapping, assist in problem definition, and propose / create solutions. The person will also play an important role in the design, development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. Responsibilities
Lead requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support for Oracle Cloud SCM (Procurement, Inventory & Order Management). Design and deliver solutions for high transaction volumes and conduct performance testing. Design and deliver complex custom solutions within an integrated applications landscape; manage end-to-end processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Master Data Management. Integrate with external partners/applications (e.g., E-Commerce Portals, Part Catalogs, suppliers & customers, EDI). Drive requirements workshops, CRPs, and key design discussions with the client; maintain strong client-facing communication and presentation. Provide leadership in delivery management, working with offshore teams, 3rd party applications, and OCI; manage client escalations as a Solution Architect; coordinate onsite-offshore work. Possess the ability to interact with CXO-level client contacts and maintain professional relationships. Travel within the US and Canada may be required; candidates must be located within commuting distance to specified areas or willing to relocate. Required Qualifications
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Hartford CT, Phoenix AZ or Indianapolis IN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada. Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 11+ years of information technology experience. 10+ years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory and Order Management modules. At least 2 full life cycle implementations with hands-on configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion (SaaS + PaaS) SCM application (Procurement, Inventory & Order Management). Experienced in requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, testing and post-production support. Strong experience in gathering requirements and designing solutions for high-volume transactions; experience with performance testing. Experience designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated landscapes. Knowledge of end-to-end processes Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Master Data Management. Experience in integrating with external partners/applications (EDI, E-Commerce Portals, Part Catalogs, suppliers & customers). Ability to drive requirements workshops, CRPs, and key design sessions with the client; excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams. Track record of interacting with CXO-level client contacts; able to manage client escalations as a Solution Architect. Onsite-offshore communication and work management. Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment. Knowledge in Oracle Cloud Technical, SQL, REST-API and BIP reports. Knowledge in Oracle Cloud Technical – SCM modules. Experience with solution evaluations and presenting recommended alternatives to customers for buy-in. Oracle Certification is preferred; Distribution Industry experience is a plus. Work Conditions
