Overview Infosys is seeking an Oracle Cloud SCM Techno Functional Lead with extensive experience on Oracle Cloud. This position involves responsibility for solution design and governance of global Supply Chain Management (SCM) business processes. The role provides functional and technical inputs and leadership support to Oracle Cloud (SaaS + PaaS) implementation teams to address complex SCM business requirements. The successful candidate will be involved in business process mapping, problem definition, and proposing/creating solutions, and will play an important role in the design, development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support.

Gather requirements and design solutions for very high transaction volumes; perform performance testing of solutions.

Design and deliver complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications landscapes.

Understand end-to-end processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Master Data Management.

Experience in handling integrations with external partners/applications (e.g., E-Commerce portals, part catalogs, trading partners, suppliers & customers, EDI).

Facilitate requirement workshops, CRPs, and design discussions with clients; maintain strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Lead onsite-offshore delivery and manage client escalations as a Solution Architect; coordinate with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams (OCI, etc.).

Build and maintain relationships with CXO-level client contacts.

Onsite/nearshore or offshore work arrangements as needed; capable of effective communication by telephone, email, and in person.

Qualifications

Location: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Hartford CT, Phoenix AZ, Indianapolis IN, or be willing to relocate. Travel in the US and Canada may be required.

Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

7+ years of Information Technology experience.

6+ years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management modules.

At least 2 full life cycle implementations with hands-on configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion (SaaS + PaaS) SCM (Procurement, Inventory & Order Management).

Experience in leading requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, testing, and post-production support.

Strong experience in gathering requirements and designing solutions for high transaction volumes; solid understanding of performance testing.

Experience designing and delivering complex solutions in highly integrated environments.

End-to-end process knowledge: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Master Data Management.

Experience with external integrations (EDI, E-Commerce portals, catalog systems, trading partners).

Ability to drive requirements workshops and design discussions with clients.

Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills; leadership and delivery management background with offshore and 3rd party teams (OCI, etc.).

Track record of interaction with CXO-level client contacts; ability to manage client escalations as a Solution Architect.

Onsite-offshore work management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to work in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment.

Experience in Oracle Cloud Technical, SQL, REST-API, and BIP reports.

Experience in Oracle Cloud Technical – SCM modules.

Solution evaluations and recommendations: lead the team in proposing solution alternatives and obtaining customer buy-in.

Oracle Certification is preferred; Distribution Industry Experience is a plus.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
