Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and driven
SAP PI/PO & BTP Integration Developer
to join our clients technology team. In this role, you'll be key in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, high-performance integration solutions that connect our critical business systems across the enterprise, leveraging both established SAP middleware and the latest cloud-native technologies. Base pay range $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr NO C2C USC or Green Card Holder required Responsibilities
Design and Development:
Design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions utilizing
SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO)
and the
SAP BTP Integration Suite
(including
Cloud Integration/CPI ,
API Management ,
Open Connectors , etc.). Requirement Translation:
Collaborate closely with business analysts and functional teams to gather integration requirements, define strategic integration approaches, and translate them into detailed technical specifications. Configuration & Monitoring:
Configure, manage, and monitor interfaces to ensure the optimal performance, security, and reliability of the entire integration landscape. Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration solutions, designs, and configurations. Support & Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in a timely manner, providing critical support during various phases of the project lifecycle, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and go-live. Best Practices:
Ensure strict adherence to integration best practices, standardized design patterns, and effective error handling mechanisms. Team Collaboration:
Work effectively in a collaborative team environment, coordinating seamlessly with onshore and offshore teams. Technology Advancement:
Stay current with the latest SAP integration technologies, trends, and updates, particularly within the rapidly evolving SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) ecosystem. Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience:
Proven experience in SAP PI/PO development, configuration, and support. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using the SAP BTP Integration Suite (specifically Cloud Integration/CPI and API Management). Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of integration methodologies, standard protocols (SOAP, REST, SFTP, JDBC), and data formats (XML, JSON, EDI). Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills. Work Ethic:
Ability to work independently, proactively manage workload, and effectively handle multiple integration projects concurrently. Preferred Certification:
SAP certifications in PI/PO or the SAP BTP Integration Suite are a significant plus.
