We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design, execution, and delivery of Salesforce solutions that enable growth, efficiency, and adoption across our sales, marketing, and operations teams. This position is the hands-on owner of Salesforce execution translating business needs into solutions, configuring enhancements, and ensuring the platform drives measurable results. The Salesforce Architect will partner with sales leadership and our Executive Champion to shape priorities and then own execution of the roadmap. This role combines technical expertise, solution design, and change management to ensure Salesforce is intuitive, widely adopted, and central to daily work. Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability and usability. Design and configure reports, dashboards, page layouts, record types, and mobile views. Build Flows, workflows, validation rules, and declarative automation. Implement custom objects, fields, and relationships; manage small-scale development. Partner with external developers for complex Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations (ERP, PECWeb, marketing tools). Enforce data quality and governance standards, including deduplication, intake processes, and SLA compliance. Drive the “One CRM” principle — all sales activity logged in Salesforce. Lead training and adoption efforts with role-based enablement, playbooks, and user documentation. Act as advocate for end users, ensuring Salesforce features improve productivity and adoption. Requirements

Salesforce Administrator Certification required (or ability to achieve quickly). 5–8 years of Salesforce experience with a mix of administration, solution design, and development. Proven ability to translate business processes into Salesforce solutions. Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, dashboards, layouts).
