What You’ll Do Support project engineering activities on commissioning projects. Participate in schematic, design development, and construction document reviews. Develop project-specific commissioning plans, specifications, and test forms. Conduct site visits, observe systems, and document performance. Witness and document startup of MEP and life safety systems. Identify and help resolve field and performance issues. Compile reports, meeting minutes, test results, and final system documentation. Assist with contractor and client training on building systems. Conduct facility condition and energy assessments. What We’re Looking For Experience in HVAC, electrical, or building systems. Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and MEP/architectural documents. Strong technical writing and communication skills. Able to work independently and in teams; strong organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred (PE a plus). 5+ years of building systems engineering, commissioning, or related experience. Join EEI
