The Technical Services Manager is responsible for the reliability of the assigned fleet(s), with a focus on strategic maintenance. Tasks And Responsibilities
Ensures the NetJets fleet is maintained to uncompromising Safety standards at all times Prepares and presents the Fleet Reliability Report (FRR) Monitor technical trends and assist in identifying chronic aircraft issues Reviews OEM Service Bulletins or Letters Prioritizes projects and creates business cases for fleet campaigns or improvements Performs root cause analysis Works with OEMs to resolve technical issues Education
Bachelor's in Aeronautical Certifications and Licenses
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Years Of Experience
8-10 years of experience Core Competencies
Adaptability Collaboration Curiosity Service-Oriented Strives for Positive Results Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other (KSAOs)
Five years of hands-on experience in aviation maintenance Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Project management experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience with data mining tools (Tableau, SAS or SQL) Written and oral communication skills Strong leadership with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in creating and communicating business cases and cost-benefit analysis How NetJets Supports You
