Financial Reporting and Budgeting Manager

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of nurse labor productivity and expense benchmarking, with familiarity in UKG productivity analytics and Vizient ODB benchmarking being helpful. Previous leadership experience is preferred. The Manager of Financial Reporting and Budgeting is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Financial Services. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting, reporting, and budgeting functions for related facilities, preparing monthly financial reports in line with GAAP, managing annual budgets and projections, conducting variance and account analysis, and implementing procedural and reporting improvements. The role requires strong planning, organizational skills, results orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and team members effectively.
