The Manager of Financial Reporting and Budgeting is a full-time role reporting to the Director of Financial Services. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting and financial reporting (internal and external, in accordance with GAAP), annual budgets, projections, variance and account analyses, and implementing reporting improvements. The position requires strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills to manage multiple priorities and team members, ensuring effective resource allocation and goal achievement. Qualifications
BA or BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA or MHA preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Motivated and self-driven with continuous process improvement goals A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work with other functional groups Proficient in Microsoft Office products Knowledge of US GAAP Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast-paced environment Seven+ years of financial and operational analysis experience, with at least three years in the healthcare industry Why IU Health?
