$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Position Overview We are seeking an experienced

Senior Financial Analyst

to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the company’s general ledger and financial reporting. This role is critical in maintaining adherence to

IFRS principles ,

corporate policies , and

SOX requirements , while supporting timely and accurate month-end close processes. The Senior Analyst will work closely with

Global Business Services

and

Business Controllers

across North America to ensure that financial statements accurately reflect the company’s position. Key Responsibilities

General Ledger & Financial Reporting Oversee period-end closing activities, including coordinating the close schedule with key stakeholders and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. Maintain accurate and complete reconciliations of key balance sheet accounts to ensure that current and forecasted balances properly reflect the company’s financial position. Ensure company-wide compliance with established accounting policies and procedures. Compliance & Controls Ensure adherence to

SOX

requirements and support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of SOX controls. Maintain strong internal control procedures and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during quarterly reviews and year-end audits, providing required documentation and clear explanations. Process Improvement & Strategic Projects Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls, mitigate risks, and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency. Contribute to special projects and the rollout of new financial tools or systems. Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience:

5–7 years in public accounting or a similar accounting role, with a strong understanding of

IFRS

and

SOX

compliance requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities and drive efficiencies. Strong decision-making and critical-thinking abilities, with a structured approach to problem solving. Flexible and adaptable, bringing innovative ideas to improve processes. Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to interpret financial data and monitor key financial metrics for informed decision-making. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and brands.
