Pay Range: $72,000 - $90,000 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The Financial Analyst is a key member and business partner within the ExamOne finance team and will report to the Finance Manager - ExamOne finance. The individual in this role will need to be very agile given the dynamic nature of the businesses.
Responsibilities
Reporting of daily volume of business segments with analytics of variance drivers Collaborate with centralized teams during the month end close and budget/ forecasting processes (FP&A, Corporate Accounting, etc.) Gain understanding of revenue and expense variances and articulate drivers to various levels of management Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Commercial, HR, etc) to ensure smooth functioning of the business and development of new processes Month-End close and variance analysis Monthly functional Outlook development Assist in annual budgeting process as well as monthly financial forecasting Collaborating with functional leaders to support strategic initiatives Continually strive to improve existing processes and tools for analysis, forecasting, and budgeting Synthesize information from various sources to develop and create new dashboards and reporting tools to analyze business performance Identify issues/opportunities to improve performance (growth, productivity) Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrates a strong knowledge of operational and financial processes and practical application of financial and strategic analysis Strong Excel skills are desired Hands-on problem solver with great initiative Attention to detail Excellent follow-up ability Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Customer service and business relationship focused Competencies Critical for Success in the Role: Priority Setting Business Acumen Strategic thinking Presentation skills Problem solving Collaborative skills Financial modeling capabilities Personal integrity Quest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
