Our firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate business transactions, banking, and real estate, with the ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with partners and clients. Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, loan documents, and real estate agreements Advise clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions Support banking clients with regulatory, compliance, and transactional needs Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and financings Work directly with clients, providing timely and practical legal guidance Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Connecticut (or eligibility for admission) 3–6 years of experience in corporate, banking, and/or real estate matters Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach What We Offer
