2-3 years in real estate, transactional real estate, or corporate transactional work (real estate experience is a plus) Forming and maintaining business entities and advising clients on opportunities Advising clients regarding corporate governance, tax, and business succession planning Representing clients in commercial acquisitions, financings, leasing, and other commercial real estate transactions Drafting and negotiating various agreements Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; member in good standing of the California State Bar Strong drafting skills Highly team-oriented Prior knowledge/experience in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, commercial real estate, lending and financing, tax, or succession planning is preferred but not required Job Details
