Role Description: Associate Corporate Counsel
Responsibilities
Proficient in SuccessFactors (SF) integration, SF Employee Central Payroll, SF Compensation, and other SF modules.
Ability to work in NA timezone.
Lead SAP ERP HR and Payroll implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
Configure and customize SAP HR modules (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll).
Ensure accurate payroll processing, BSI TaxFactory, tax compliance, posting, and reporting.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align SAP HR solutions with business needs.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions.
