Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a contract with a client in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include eliciting and documenting business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving feature prioritization and delivery aligned with business goals.
Rate Range:
$53/hour to 68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Analyst job responsibilities include:
Conduct detailed analysis of existing systems and processes to support product development aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with Product Managers and SMEs to prioritize features and translate business needs into clear user stories and requirements.
Create and maintain Agile artifacts such as epics, features, scenarios, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and process flows.
Support testing and issue resolution, ensuring quality and readiness before deployment to production environments.
Use data-driven insights to assess solution impact and guide process improvements and decision-making.
Adapt to evolving business objectives, taking ownership of application performance and becoming a subject matter expert.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Agile environments with product ownership responsibilities.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and ability to apply them effectively in software development and delivery.
Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay Details:
$53.00 to $68.00 per hour
