Projects & Energy Associate (Multi-City) DLA Piper. Location: any of our US offices. This description reflects the role within the Projects & Energy subgroup with FERC experience. Responsibilities
Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties; Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner; Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product; Meet deadlines, manage work duties as required, and foster positive work relationships; Comply with all firm policies and practices; Engage in both physical and sedentary activity, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed; Work under pressure and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment; Perform all other duties, tasks or projects as assigned. Qualifications
Education: JD Bar Admission: Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying Experience: Minimum 3 years of FERC experience; direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred Job Competencies & Desired Skills

The firms expected hiring range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000 per year depending on geographic location. Compensation will reflect experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
