Support of development cost-plus contractual EVM contracts. Providing critical financial oversight and guidance for the contracts they maintain. Partnership with Program Management and cross functional leads to support program execution. Support of all program financial aspects including monthly financial performance reporting. Program controls such as developing EACs and execution of EVM processes. Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. Experience with computer/Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience in organizing, preparing, and presenting briefings to management and peers. Experience interpreting and analyzing financial data. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) when interfacing with all levels of the company. Experience in a matrix environment. Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines. Ability to drive change and influence beyond authority level. Experience and understanding of the program business role, APEX, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), and/or experience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) concepts. This position is grade P3, Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
