JCPenney Role summary: Assist in driving profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general store operations. Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales – Greet and assist customers, deliver outstanding service, demonstrate customer service behaviors, actively listen to issues, promote company products and services, and collaborate with team members. Enterprise Fulfillment – Monitor fulfillment systems, pick orders, acknowledge completion in the system, pack orders according to requirements and timelines, and complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities timely. jcp.com Operations – Research order shortages/overages, complete shipment check‑in, binning and system reporting, maintain jcp.com stock area, and process order delivery and return transactions at the register. General Operations – Replenish store inventory in collaboration with Merchandise, participate in annual inventory processes. Performance Standards – Meet established standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance. Core Competencies & Accomplishments
Work experience – Minimum 1-2 years Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required Results – Solve problems and make decisions that drive sales, profit and service; maintain high standards; adapt quickly with energy and a positive attitude Ownership – Deliver great customer service; foster positive, inclusive relationships; take accountability Intensity – Proactively improve the customer experience; act with energy and urgency What You Get
