Position Overview
We’re seeking an ambitious, licensed
Healthcare Office Broker / Real Estate Agent
to join our growing team. Ideal candidates come from a traditional commercial office brokerage background and are looking to specialize in healthcare—a niche with strong fundamentals and consistent demand. This is a
sales-focused
position ideal for someone who knows how to prospect, build relationships, close deals, and is ready to transition into a space with more security and long-term opportunity. What You'll Do
Represent healthcare providers and landlords in leasing medical office space Source new listings and identify off-market opportunities Build and maintain relationships with medical tenants, physicians, practice managers, developers, and hospital networks Provide strategic market analysis and consultative guidance to clients Work independently and as part of a collaborative team of experienced brokers Stay ahead of market trends in medical space and healthcare delivery models What We’re Looking For
Active real estate license, any state 2+ years of experience
in commercial real estate, ideally in office leasing or investment sales Strong understanding of leasing negotiations, LOIs, and deal structuring Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable in a commission-based role Interest or experience in medical/healthcare real estate is a major plus—but not required Why Make the Move?
