Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a CRE Advisor. It is a role on an independent contractor 1099 basis with no salary associated nor any bonus or earned fee of any kind associated with it. Advisors earned their commissions only after split and transaction fees. A very competitive split with yearly cap is offered. The CRE Advisor will be responsible for client acquisition, property marketing, contract negotiations, and transaction management. Day-to-day tasks also include conducting market analysis, preparing financial models, and providing strategic advice to clients. The CRE Advisor will leverage eXp Commercial’s technology platform and global network to drive business growth and client satisfaction. Qualifications
Experience in commercial real estate, including client acquisition and property marketing Strong skills in contract negotiations and transaction management Proficiency in conducting market analysis and preparing financial models Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Familiarity with eXp Commercial's technology platform is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field is advantageous Seniority level
