Hourly Pay:
$21 per hour ($18 base + $3 shift differential + $1.25 Freezer pay) Performance Incentives:
Opportunity to earn up to an additional $12/hour based on performance. Shift Hours:
3 PM until finish, Sunday through Thursday. Work Environment:
Climate-controlled warehouse with high-quality freezer and safety gear provided. Tools:
Utilize newer assigned pallet jacks (less than 5 years old) to ease your tasks. Case Weight:
Work with lighter cases compared to other food distribution centers. Benefits:

Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for selecting cases and containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack storage systems. You'll ensure that items are placed on pallets, and completed orders are efficiently moved to the loading area. Key Responsibilities: Adhere to safety policies and procedures while ensuring a safe work environment. Prepare for the shift by reviewing schedules and gathering necessary supplies. Meet productivity and accuracy standards set by the company. Select products from racks and organize them properly on pallets. Transport completed orders to the shipping dock for staging. Maintain equipment safety checks and ensure proper handling of tools. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. 6-12 months of experience in warehouse or distribution preferred. Able to lift and stack products between 10-35 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Willing to work in various temperature environments. Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
