Join our team as a Freezer Order Selector for the 2nd shift, where your skills and dedication will make a difference! We are offering:
Hourly pay:
$21 ($18 base + $3 shift differential + $1.25 Freezer premium) Performance-based selection incentive opportunity
up to an additional $12/hour. Shift:
3 pm until finish, Sunday-Thursday. Freezer positions available with
high-quality safety gear
provided and an additional $1.25/hr pay for working in the freezer. Climate-controlled warehouse:

Newer assigned pallet jacks (less than 5 years old). Lighter cases:

Position Summary: Your main responsibility will be to select and prepare cases of food and non-food products to fulfill customer orders from our multi-level rack warehouse. You will operate electric pallet jacks/forklifts to move completed orders to the loading dock staging area, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Position Responsibilities: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, reporting any unsafe conditions immediately. Prepare for operations by reviewing the work schedule and obtaining necessary supplies. Meet productivity and accuracy standards as outlined by the company. Operate pallet jack to navigate multi-level racks and locate items according to orders. Manually place stock items on pallets from designated pick slots and racks. Transport completed orders to the shipping dock and may involve shrink-wrapping pallets for staging. Conduct battery checks and replace or recharge as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned to support company operations. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. 6-12 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience. Able to work assigned shifts and required overtime. Capability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift. Able to lift and stack products weighing between 10-35 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally. Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry).
