Director of Solution Consulting

to lead and scale our Pre-Sales efforts in the US. This is a leadership role for a seasoned expert who blends deep domain knowledge in procurement and SaaS with the ability to drive large enterprise deals, mentor high-performing teams, and influence C-level stakeholders. This is a

hands-on, player-plus-leader

role—ideal for someone who thrives on directly engaging with customers, owning solutioning, and rolling up their sleeves while guiding a growing team. You’ll work closely with our Chief Sales Officer and global Pre-Sales leadership to define strategy, execute at scale, and bring Zycus’ Generative AI-powered vision to life. Key Responsibilities

Own PreSales Strategy & Execution

in the region – align closely with sales leadership to support enterprise deal cycles, from discovery through closure. Be Hands-On

– lead from the front by engaging directly with customers, conducting demos, owning solution design, and managing strategic deals personally. Lead Client Engagements

by providing deep functional and technical guidance on Source-to-Pay (S2P), helping customers map Zycus solutions to their pain points and business goals. Mentor & Build the PreSales Team

– hire, train, and coach Solution Consultants to deliver world-class discovery, demos, and value articulation. Drive Executive Conversations

– influence procurement and finance leadership (CPO, CFO, CIO, etc.) with tailored business cases, solution architecture, and ROI frameworks. Collaborate Cross-Functionally

with product management, customer success, and marketing to ensure alignment between customer needs, product roadmap, and messaging. Own Complex Bids & Solutioning

– lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and solution designs for large, strategic deals. Represent Zycus

at thought leadership forums, procurement conferences, and webinars—positioning our brand and AI-first approach with authority. Qualifications & Skills

12+ years of PreSales, Solutions Consulting, or Value Engineering experience in enterprise SaaS—preferably in Procurement, Spend Management, or ERP space. Strong leadership and team management experience—track record of mentoring PreSales or Solutions teams. Proven success in navigating long, complex sales cycles and influencing enterprise buying decisions. Deep understanding of procurement and finance processes (Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle, Supplier Management). Executive presence and exceptional storytelling skills—able to simplify complex tech for non-technical audiences. Experience collaborating with C-level stakeholders and aligning technology solutions with business outcomes. Willingness to travel for key customer meetings and industry events. Why Join Zycus?
