Overview
Royal Caribbean Group’s Global Shoreside Talent Acquisition Team has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Contract Recruiter. This project will work onsite in Miami, Florida. Only South Florida candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities
Be an individual contributor responsible for the full-cycle recruitment and selection of highly specialized positions within the Newbuild Team, which is responsible for the design and construction of all Royal Caribbean Group’s new ships.
Establish and develop a strong network of candidates to efficiently recruit management and professional level candidates.
Develop strategic sourcing plans, execute overall sourcing strategies, and provide consultation to Newbuild’s hiring managers.
Drive the recruiting process for all level roles, including leadership roles, uncovering great talent, delivering a superb candidate experience and closing the right candidates.
Partner with hiring managers, HRBP and internal teams to determine competencies, manage the hiring process, and escalate roadblocks as needed.
Execute hiring initiatives in accordance with the global talent acquisition process and meet required SLAs.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to support hiring requirements in other international regions when required.
Deliver pipelines of talent for open roles using passive sourcing, networking and targeted sources; ensure a great candidate experience with timely follow-up and transparency.
Attract passive candidates through all available sourcing tools and articulate a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
Qualifications
5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a global, matrixed environment. Corporate recruiting experience preferred.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
Experience in different sourcing channels, especially finding niche talents.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of accepted human resources practices and all applicable laws governing employment and fair treatment of employees.
Proven ability to conduct competency-based interviewing and strong interviewing skills; ability to understand and align with business objectives.
Knowledge and Skills
Working knowledge of accepted human resources recruitment practices.
Ability to negotiate terms and conditions with candidates within established guidelines.
Ability to communicate tactfully, verbally and in writing, in a multinational environment with department heads, managers, coworkers and peers.
Ability to work under tight time constraints and handle stressful situations.
Ability to read and write English and to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and co-workers.
Working knowledge of computers, Internet and common software packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
