SAP - Finance - Senior Manager - Consulting - Location OPEN Base pay range: $171,600.00/yr - $392,100.00/yr Location: Anywhere in Country Responsibilities
On typical engagements, work with key stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. Initiate requirements gathering, architect solutions, blueprint, test, complete workflow and documentation, and design the solution. Liaise with stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Evaluate and understand complex business models, processes, and operations; translate business requirements into technical specifications for technical teams to develop functional solutions that drive technology delivery success. Manage and oversee complex processes and projects, ensuring quality and risk management. Be accountable for budget management, delivery, and performance of projects to meet objectives. Foster and manage client relationships to contribute to business growth and revenue generation. Engage in thought leadership, identify sales and new opportunities, participate in client engagements from planning to execution and closure, and manage engagement economics with a focus on chargeability and revenue generation. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) 5-7 years of relevant experience in SAP At least 3 years of experience working with one or more SAP modules Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies A willingness to travel to meet client needs Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience SAP Certification(s) Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module What We Look For
