Director of People and Culture

to lead and scale our HR function. This individual will play a key role in driving company-wide strategy, overseeing employee engagement and workforce planning, and cultivating a high-performance, values-driven culture that aligns with our mission. The Director will shape and enhance our company culture—reinforcing the values, behaviors, and processes that define the employee experience at True Rx. This role will work closely with executive leadership to ensure our culture remains resilient and adaptive through growth and change, while aligning people strategies with business performance. What You’ll Do: Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals. Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives. Oversee the entire recruitment and hiring process. Collaborate with Marketing to develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Improve employee retention through engagement initiatives, career development, and recognition programs. Cultivate and maintain a culture of partnership, team support, collaboration, and care for employees. Foster a workplace environment centered on respect, accountability, and alignment with the True Rx core values. Resolve employee relations issues with fairness and consistency. Lead efforts to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction. Oversee the performance management process to promote goal-setting, feedback, and professional growth. Implement training programs supporting leadership development, industry knowledge, and skill-building. Lead compensation benchmarking and salary structure development. Manage HRIS systems, reporting, and data analytics. Supervise HR team members and vendors including payroll, benefits, training, and recruiters. Ensure smooth execution of payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding. Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Proven leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities Experience in a healthcare or PBM setting is preferred Bonus Points If You Have: Master’s degree in HR Management, Healthcare Administration, or MBA SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification Strong strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and communication skills Expertise in coaching, change management, and ethical judgment Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and instructional design High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Path to Wellness:
