On behalf of Geraci LLP, we are seeking Junior Lawyers to join their growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on a wide range of legal matters that impact the private lending industry. This position is well-suited for attorneys with 0–5 years of American legal experience who have graduated from an Accredited American law school and are eager to accelerate their career, gain hands-on exposure, and develop specialized expertise in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
Legal Documentation & Compliance Draft, review, and finalize loan documentation and related agreements. Provide legal research and analysis on compliance, regulatory matters, and lending-specific issues. Ensure all documentation aligns with state and federal lending regulations. Client Advisory & Representation Advise clients on legal strategies, compliance requirements, and potential risks. Support litigation and dispute resolution efforts as needed. Represent the firm professionally in both virtual and in-person client interactions. Collaboration & Case Management Work closely with senior attorneys and team members to manage client files. Strategize and execute tailored legal solutions to meet client objectives. Maintain clear and consistent communication with colleagues and clients. Independent Work & Professional Growth Manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and client expectations. Demonstrate a positive, growth-oriented mindset while pursuing professional development. Ideal Profile
Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited American law school. California Bar admission (required) OR Texas Bar admission if graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU). U.S. citizen or permanent resident. 0–5 years of post-bar (or license-equivalent) legal experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities. Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain momentum with minimal supervision. Excellent collaboration skills and professional maturity. Positive, growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and develop professionally. Working Hours
Full Time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time What’s on Offer?
