Represent the firm in negotiations and legal proceedings. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure legal compliance. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations. Assist in developing corporate policies and procedures. Provide counsel on legislative and regulatory matters. Prepare and negotiate complex agreements. Administer mergers, acquisitions, and similar transactions. Engage in marketing and business development activities. Requirements
Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw or Lexis-Nexis. Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively. Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements. Transactional experience in a corporate or in-house capacity. Organized and focused approach to work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of corporate law principles and best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research programs. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications
Admission to the Florida Bar Association. Skills
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to react quickly to changing priorities. Initiative and resourcefulness. Fulfilling team-oriented working environment.
