Position Overview We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with at least five years of experience to join our team in Glendale, CA. This attorney will manage a caseload of business and real estate litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership/shareholder actions, and commercial real estate conflicts. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate in court, a precise writer, and a strategic advisor who can handle cases from inception through resolution. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in business and real estate litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, mediations/arbitrations, and trial preparation Draft clear, persuasive, and well-researched motions, briefs, and correspondence Develop and implement case strategies, budgets, and timelines Advise clients on risks, strategy, and likely outcomes; maintain consistent communication Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and motion arguments Collaborate with paralegals and junior attorneys to ensure efficient case progress Maintain accurate daily time entries in Clio Manage and meet a 1,600-hour annual billable requirement Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active member of the California State Bar in good standing Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in business and/or real estate disputes Strong experience in discovery, depositions, and motion practice; trial experience (first or second chair) preferred Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Proficiency in Clio Manage or similar case management software Compensation and Benefits Base Salary:

$160,000+ depending on experience Benefits:
