RWE Clean Energy, LLC is seeking a Manager, HR FP&A to join their team. The successful candidate will be part of the HR & Management Support Function (MSF) Controlling team in the rapidly growing Renewables Business of RWE Clean Energy (RWECE).
The team comprises three different Controlling functions: HR Controlling, MSF Controlling, and IT Controlling. The Manager, HR FP&A role focuses on HR Controlling, owning the financial planning, budgeting, and performance management of the entire company-wide FTE (Full Time Employees) and personnel cost.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting high-quality executive leadership and senior management reporting and ad hoc analysis on FTE and personnel expense.
Developing and maintaining the model and processes for RWECE FTE and personnel cost planning.
Owning the relationship with the SVPs and HR to ensure requirements for reporting and planning are fulfilled.
Leading and managing direct reports and others within the HR Controlling team.
Requirements for the role include:
BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business (required); an Advanced degree is a plus, but not required.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in FP&A, Accounting, Controlling, Financial or Management Consulting or other Finance-related fields; Renewable energy experience is a plus.
Ability to motivate and develop team members.
Analytical and proactive problem-solver.
