Digital Transformation & Process Solution Consultant - Kendall Electric The Kendall Group seeks a talented, creative, self-motivated individual for our Digital Transformation & Process Solution Consultant. The Kendall Group is comprised of eight divisions with 75+ locations in eleven states. Combined, we serve the Electrical, Automation, Pipe, Valve, and Fittings products, Steam, Lighting, Industrial Controls, and Instrumentation Industries. Reporting to the Director of Industrial Intelligence Solutions, the Digital Transformation & Process Solution Consultant is a key member of the Automation Team. This position is responsible for delivering accelerated sales growth in the information solution software and process control portfolios. They are a subject matter expert in understanding customers' business drivers and desired outcomes, combining capabilities and solutions to fully meet customer expectations. This role is the Digital Transformation & Process liaison between Rockwell Automation and Kendall Electric. The role provides marketing and commercial leadership for sales growth, responsibility for supporting the commercial plan for the Digital Transformation & Process businesses, and competency development of the sales team. Responsible for managing the services portfolio, go-to-market strategy and partner ecosystem related to Digital Transformation & Process. Responsibilities
Annual growth planning and execution including targets, competency, and future investments Develops and maintains software & process portfolio, vendor partnerships and delivery partners Ability to articulate the value of Kendall Electric's overall offering in the context of our Customers' desired business outcomes and provides ongoing support to Kendall Electric account managers in creating opportunities and closing orders Engage distributors to develop specialist and sales team competency, ensures awareness and appropriate knowledge of new and existing software & process offerings Works within assigned geography to develop and execute a business and commercial plan through use of a disciplined selling process, focusing on impactful opportunities Responsible for identifying target accounts, working in collaboration with the sales team to qualify and close software & process opportunities Creates and executes strategies for attaching software to hardware sales Work with outside sales to create and maintain a robust sales funnel Must be adaptable, able to learn new products / technologies, especially those adjacent products outside area of expertise Deep technical focus in Information Software & Process Control portfolio Other duties as assigned Competencies you possess

Work Experience:
5 years of experience/knowledge applying Rockwell Automation's products or equivalent competitive software and process control solutions Education : Bachelor's in engineering field or 6 years' equivalent experience Analytics/Computer Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of automation and process control standards and terminology; analytical and problem solving abilities; proficient with MS Office Organization Skills:
Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in fast-paced, continuously evolving, and at times ambiguous environment Cross-functional skills:
Proven outcome-based seller with understanding of industrial business drivers; self-motivated and self-managed Communication Skills:
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and guide team members when required; inspire, influence, lead and communicate across a diverse team not under direct management; effective presentation skills in both small and large group settings. Physical, Mental and Visual Skills:
