LHH is partnering with a highly respected and stable law firm in Newport Beach to help identify a talented Litigation Paralegal for a newly created role. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a firm known for its longevity, collaborative culture, and strong community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneys in SEC and regulatory litigation
Manage e-discovery, document production, and subpoena responses
Coordinate with clients, experts, and agencies
Assist with trial prep, filings, and legal documentation
Conduct legal research and maintain accurate time records
Draft and proof legal documents, charts, privilege logs, and more
Qualifications:
ABA-approved paralegal certificate and undergraduate degree
Minimum 5 years’ litigation paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of CA state and federal litigation procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Relativity, and legal research tools
Excellent writing, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure

Full time role
Onsite in Newport Beach, CA
Billable hour requirement: 1200
Salary range is estimated to be
$80,000 to $115,000
and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
