Overview

Seeking a Sales Director in the Southwest Region. This position will cover the following states: Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, and Nevada. Candidates must reside in at least one of the above states. Dane Street is looking for highly motivated candidates to join our organization in the position of Sales Director. Responsibilities

Achieve the territory's revenue target by identifying and developing new accounts and growing Dane Street's wallet share with existing national and local accounts. Manage relationships with clients, adjusters, team leads and supervisors to initiate and advance the sales process. Document sales and account activities in the internal CRM platform. Update job knowledge by participating in industry opportunities such as conferences and seminars. Other duties as assigned based on business needs. Required Minimum Education/Experience

4-year College degree (BA/BS) Auto OR Workers Compensation Claims experience (Preferred) IME sales experience is a plus Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and building relationships with adjusters, team leads and supervisors. Recommend new products and services by evaluating current results and identifying needs. Increase referral volume and revenue by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining capabilities, and overcoming objections. Document related sales and account activities in the CRM. Engage in industry opportunities to stay informed. Other duties as assigned. Special Skills and Attributes
