Overview Innovation HVAC Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Commercial HVAC Technician to oversee and execute HVAC projects with precision and leadership. This full-time, field-based position is perfect for a certified chiller mechanic with hands-on expertise in commercial HVAC systems—including chillers, boilers, packaged units, and split systems. Key Responsibilities

Lead the installation, service, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, packaged units, and split systems.

Act as a working supervisor and project manager for field operations.

Ensure project completion meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical HVAC issues on-site.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow and schedule.

Provide mentorship to junior technicians and promote safety protocols.

Maintain accurate records, service logs, and project documentation.

Support job site compliance with industry codes and company policies.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.

Certified Chiller Mechanic.

EPA Certification required.

Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and leadership skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics.

High school diploma or GED required.

Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record.
