Day-to-day tasks include managing lease administration, ensuring resident retention, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication with current and potential residents to ensure a positive living experience. Qualifications Proficiency in handling leases and lease administration Skills in resident retention and customer service Ability to work on-site in Seattle, WA Experience in property management or a related field is preferred Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus Seniority level:
