The Corporate Controller will oversee all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). This includes supervision of general ledger, reporting, accounts payable/receivable, treasury, credit, collections, and internal controls. The Controller is a strategic partner to the CFO, managing the budgeting process, financial analysis, and audit support, while leading a high-performing accounting team. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all accounting functions, including: financial reporting, general ledger and account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, customer invoicing and collections, cash application and credit management, treasury operations Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Maintain and enforce internal controls to ensure SOX compliance. Prepare, coordinate, and manage the annual corporate departmental budget process. Conduct monthly financial reviews and variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support external audits, coordinating documentation and responses. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, systems, and reporting. Mentor, develop, and manage the accounting team to promote accountability and continuous improvement. Provide strategic insights to support executive financial decision-making. Other duties as assigned or needed. Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with at least 7+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience. Experience within the manufacturing sector. CPA highly desired. Proven experience with GAAP, SOX compliance, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Other attributes include: High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated leadership with the ability to mentor and develop staff. Mature judgment and decision-making ability. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (JD Edwards a plus). Seniority level
