We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting business growth and ensuring accurate financial record keeping. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliation. Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions. Balance subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries. Maintain historical records by filing documents both physically and electronically. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Process invoices for payment and address inquiries regarding payments from vendors. Maintain and reconcile various schedules such as fixed assets schedules. Prepare and coordinate periodic audits. Utilize Sage Intacct software to streamline accounting functions and manage budgets. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in MS Excel. Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles. Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
