Location: Anywhere in Country EY is shaping the future with confidence and helping clients build a better working world. This role is a hands-on, technically oriented Manager position focused on Palantir Foundry and data engineering for Industrials & Energy clients. Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate analytics solutions using Palantir Foundry tools (Pipeline Builder, Workshop, AIP Agent Studio, Contour, Quiver) and related technologies. Lead technical delivery while managing client relationships and multidisciplinary teams of analysts, engineers, and data stewards. Translate business requirements into technical requirements and prioritized use cases with measurable ROI. Define and execute Data & AI strategy for Industrials, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas or Utilities clients, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Develop data literacy programs, training, and change management to embed a data-driven culture. Communicate analytical findings through dashboards, visualizations, and data storytelling tailored to business and technical audiences. Maintain relationships with client stakeholders across operations, IT, engineering, and executive leadership. Stay current with emerging technologies and Palantir Foundry developments. Develop resource plans and budgets; manage engagement economics and project delivery across multiple domains. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes and scalable, secure data architectures. Oversee cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Hadoop) for ingestion, storage, and processing. Drive design and implementation of analytical models, data pipelines, and visualizations to generate actionable insights. Engage with clients daily, participate in working sessions, and identify opportunities for additional services. Travel to client locations as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements in industrial or energy sectors. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in a quantitative or technical field; prior consulting experience or Industrials & Energy exposure preferred. At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data governance, or data strategy in industrial, energy, or related sectors. At least 3 years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience (Pipeline Builder, Workshop, AIP Agent Studio, Contour, Quiver, and related tools). Deep knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, stewardship, compliance, and policy creation. Experience designing and deploying scalable data architectures; proficiency with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku, or similar. Experience with big data and cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Hadoop). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains. Mentoring and leadership experience; ability to build high-performing data teams. Understanding of regulatory and data privacy implications in industrial or energy sectors. Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed. Preferred/Additional
Certifications in Palantir, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or related platforms. Experience with Data Office Organization and IT Architecture; familiarity with Digital Fluency and Hybrid Collaboration. Emotional agility to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics; knowledge of ML concepts and applications. Awareness of industry trends and best practices in data engineering. What We Look For

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with salary ranges: base salary in the US is 125,500 – 230,200; NYC Metro/WA/CA ranges 150,700 – 261,600.
