Overview

Location: Anywhere in Country. EY is seeking a hands-on, technically oriented Manager to join the Tech Consulting team focused on Palantir Foundry for Industrials & Energy clients. The role includes building data-driven insights, guiding clients through analytics, data governance, and modern data platforms, with a strong focus on Palantir Technologies. This is a high-growth, high-visibility role with opportunities to shape data strategies across client operations. Base pay range: $125,500.00/yr - $230,200.00/yr. (Location-based variations may apply.) Responsibilities

Understand and translate business requirements into technical requirements and build scalable data architecture and modeling solutions. Design, build, and operate data solutions in Palantir Foundry (Pipeline Builder, Workshop, AIP Agent Studio, Contour, Quiver) and related tools; lead technical delivery and mentor teams. Define and execute Data & AI strategy for Industrials, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Utilities clients; ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Develop data literacy programs, training, and change management to embed a data-driven culture; communicate analytical findings through dashboards and visualizations. Build trusted client relationships across operations, IT, engineering, and executive leadership; manage engagements, budgets, and delivery across multiple domains. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends; oversee cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Hadoop) and ensure scalable, secure architectures. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams of analysts, engineers, and data stewards; manage risk and quality across workstreams. Engage with clients daily, participate in working sessions, and identify opportunities for additional services. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in a quantitative/technical field with consulting or Industrials & Energy experience preferred. At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, governance, or data strategy; preferably in industrial, energy, or related sectors. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and related tools (Pipeline Builder, Workshop, AIP Agent Studio, Contour, Quiver). Deep knowledge of data governance, data quality, compliance, and policy creation; ability to design scalable data architectures. Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku, or similar tools; experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Hadoop. Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to lead technical delivery and small teams; mentoring and people leadership experience. Understanding of regulatory and data privacy implications in industrial or energy sectors; willingness to travel to client locations as needed. Preferred Certifications & Extras

Palantir, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks certifications; experience with Data Office Organization and IT Architecture; familiarity with Digital Fluency and Hybrid Collaboration. Machine learning concepts familiarity; knowledge of industry trends and best practices in data engineering. Emotional agility to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics. What We Offer
