This position is full-time and onsite in El Segundo, CA and available for immediate hire. What you will lead
Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including class actions and individual matters. Draft and manage high-level pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, and settlement agreements. Conduct and defend depositions, advocate at hearings, and represent clients through the litigation process. Develop strategies and provide meaningful input to leadership on case development and client advocacy. Collaborate with colleagues while also working independently to deliver excellent client service. What you bring
A passion for employment law and commitment to strong client advocacy. Experience with wage and hour litigation and related employment matters. Strong drafting, litigation, and case management skills. Confidence in depositions, mediations, and courtroom appearances. A collaborative spirit and ability to contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment. Compensation and benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 – $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Attorneys are also eligible for year-end discretionary performance bonuses, origination incentives, and annual raises.
