Are you a strategic HR leader looking to make a lasting impact? We’re seeking a
Director of Human Resources
to drive people strategy, lead organizational development, and ensure compliance across a dynamic, global business. This role is a key member of the leadership team and reports directly to the President. What You’ll Do
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives. Lead talent management initiatives including recruiting, retention, succession planning, and employee development. Oversee compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training programs. Champion culture, employee engagement, and change management initiatives. Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Manage HR policies, procedures, surveys, and reporting to support organizational goals. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while overseeing department operations and budget. Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and technologies, applying them to improve processes and employee experience. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices. Proven ability to influence leadership, drive organizational change, and deliver results. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent management systems. Why Join Us
