Sage 300 CRE Senior Consultant ! Your main responsibilities will include working directly with project managers and customers delivering software solutions for implementation projects with high customer satisfaction and successful customer adoption. Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for: Working with multiple project managers to configure and implement the Sage 300 CRE software, following our prescriptive implementation methodology to deliver in-scope/on-budget/on-time results with high customer satisfaction and adoption Following all stages of the implementation process including consultations, requirements definition, design, configuration, testing, training, data cleansing and data migration Deepening knowledge of Sage 300 CRE and developing expertise in Sage Intacct, staying current with product features and enhancements Developing and deploying implementation project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while optimizing ROI Conducting training for customer end-users and relating system functionality to business requirements Documenting customer business requirements into configurable software solutions and business processes using best practices and visual process flowcharts Responding to customer technical support issues related to the system implementation Designing and building industry-specific KPIs, reports and dashboards Collaborating with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate project execution Learn and grow through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide learning programs Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build relationships internally and externally with clients Engage in team activities and balance work with life outside the office Successful Candidates Will Have

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business or MIS, with general understanding of accounting terms Two (2)+ years’ experience in one of the following (preferred): Consulting and implementing Sage 300 CRE, ERP/financial applications and/or other SaaS solutions Public accounting experience Accounting/finance as an end user of Sage Intacct or similar ERP system End-to-end consulting experience through the software delivery lifecycle or relevant implementation experience Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) for data mapping, integration and migration Strong time management, communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills Leadership, organizational and analytical abilities; initiative and adaptability Microsoft Office skills Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship The compensation range for this role is $85,910 to $162,890. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Details
