The Payroll Supervisor leads payroll processing for the North American payroll team and supports reporting, analysis and processing of COVID pay and other ad-hoc payroll duties related to financial statements. Key customers include US and Canada McOpCo Operations and HR, Home Office & Regional HR, Global Labor and Employment Law, Global Total Rewards, Corporate Tax and Regional Administrative Managers. Responsibilities
Operate as part of a high-performing team with a focus on exceptional customer experience and quality results. Ability to manage through ambiguity and develop proactive thinking. Build internal partnerships and promote cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals. Work with cross-functional partners to design, develop and implement new processes and enhancements for superior execution. Develop and implement continuous improvement recommendations to achieve cost and processing efficiencies and improve employee experience. Solve complex situations, analyze root causes and identify sustainable solutions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 3+ years of experience with payroll 3+ years of experience analyzing information 3+ years of experience solving problems at work 3+ years of experience developing, collecting and reporting metrics and SLAs 3+ years of experience identifying process efficiencies and implementing sustainable solutions Preferred qualifications
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and ServiceNow Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels and a customer service focus Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Ability to build relationships and influence others regardless of level Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy Ability to understand the financial impact of data and ensure transparency and compliance Advanced Excel and Word skills Quantitative analytical skills Compensation and benefits
