Title : Senior Manager, Consulting Location : Wilmington, DE (other regional locations considered) Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Consulting business in the mid-Atlantic and northeast markets as a key member of the Americas consulting leadership office. Build and manage a portfolio of clients and projects; lead strategy and capability development; represent KBR Consulting in the industry; mentor and develop junior consultants. Drive business development and market offerings to support business growth. Provide consulting services to clients during all phases of engagements; oversee quality, cost, and client satisfaction; assist with proposals, execution plans and budgets. Lead marketing and business development activities to win consulting engagements of various sizes. Prepare and deliver conference papers at international events when applicable. Qualifications & Requirements

Primary degree in Engineering. 15+ years of energy or industrial experience. Demonstrable front-end consulting experience, including scoping, selling and delivery. Experience supporting a continuous improvement culture; identifies gaps and develops work processes, tools, and methodologies to drive productivity and growth. Able to work within a ‘seller-doer’ model. Pragmatic, customer-facing personality; able to communicate at all levels and translate between technical and business language. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce concise reports and presentations for all levels. Operations experience and/or management roles within these industries are advantageous. Regional client relationships (greater US and global regions a plus). Preferred Education & Skills

Relevant higher degree is a plus (Masters, MBA or equivalent). KBR Benefits
