Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant - Cloud (Remote) - CrowdStrike CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Platform Professional Services Consultant responsible for the planning, deployment, and operational support of the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform and related applications. The role requires a wide range of technical skills including cloud security best practices, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, scripting, and infrastructure as code. Travel up to 25% may be required. What You’ll Do
Provide technical expertise related to implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting with the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform and associated applications/modules Modify scripts to deploy Falcon Cloud Security solutions with Bash, PowerShell, CloudFormation, and Terraform Troubleshoot customer deployment issues across small to large enterprises Utilize and engineer native and 3rd party software deployment technologies Develop scripts and processes around Falcon sensor deployment Plan and report software deployment status Collaborate with customer IT teams Mentor and guide the Platform Professional Services team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement Conduct training sessions to promote cloud platform best practices Support vulnerability and asset management using CrowdStrike applications Assist customers with integrating CrowdStrike into existing tools Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon modules and data collection tools Lead educational series for Falcon Cloud Security and related applications with the Platform Professional Services team Facilitate collaboration between product, engineering, and cross-functional teams Projects examples include: Guiding customers deploying Falcon agents to ECS Fargate or Google Cloud Run Guiding customers deploying Falcon Helm charts or Operators to Kubernetes clusters Integrating Falcon CSPM with AWS accounts, GCP projects, or Azure tenants using Bash, Terraform or APIs Ability to travel up to 25% of the time What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline 5+ years of experience in IT deployments or end-user/customer environments Cloud platform expertise and certifications for AWS, Azure, or GCP Extensive knowledge of at least one public cloud Extensive knowledge of cloud and container deployment technologies Strong knowledge of CSPM Expertise in Linux administration and CLI usage Extensive experience scripting with Python Proficiency across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms Comprehensive customer-facing consulting experience Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication and collaboration skills Broad experience in cloud, computer, and network security Excellent problem-solving abilities for complex problems Results-driven, self-starter with high motivation Strong time management with ability to lead multiple customer engagements Bonus Points
