Overview
Our client is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees. This position combines strategic HR support with hands-on execution across talent management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. The HRBP will play a key role in shaping workplace culture, building employee engagement, and ensuring HR practices align with both business goals and employment laws. Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR guidance aligned to organizational objectives. Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Advise on employee relations matters, handling sensitive issues with discretion and escalating when necessary. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, while maintaining accurate HR documentation and systems. Support benefits administration, leave management (FMLA, ADA, etc.), and training initiatives. Develop and deliver HR programs that promote retention, engagement, and career growth. Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational development initiatives. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-based decisions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisor role. Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS systems (ADP or similar preferred). Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization. Seniority level
